Machine Assembler

Granco Clark is searching for a Machine Assembler for its Belding facility.

Department: Manufacturing
Shift: Days – Full Time
Supervisor Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs the function of building materials, belts, conveyors, etc.
  • Reads and understands engineered drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings.  
  • Has the ability to read and interpret blueprints.  
  • Makes reasonable judgment with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to perform pipe fitting tasks, tube bending, and pipe welding.
  • Uses precision instruments to align, tram, inspect, for proper fit.
  • Ability to choose correct fasteners and knowledge of proper torquing.
  • Ability to use all methods of welding and select the correct method for the application.
  • Available for offsite work as required.
  • Have tools needed to perform job safely and efficiently.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., Certificate; or equivalent.
