With eight years of experience as a field service tech, Jordan found his way to becoming Granco Clark’s Service Manager where he oversees field/in-house service, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and spare parts department along with the day-to-day activities of the departments and with top-rated customer service. 

A true asset to the company, Jordan offers a high level of knowledge to his team and customers, resolving simple questions to more complex issues. There isn’t a time when walking by him that he is either talking with a member of his team or on the phone with a customer.
